By accessing buymillionpixels.com ("the Site"), creating an account, or purchasing or placing pixels, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site, and at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase.

You are buying a balance of "pixels" — a license to display a single color, and optional hover text and a link, at specific coordinates on a shared 1000×1000 canvas.

Coordinates are assigned at the moment you place a pixel, not at the moment of purchase. A purchase grants a balance; placement assigns the location.

You are NOT buying the software, source code, domain, infrastructure, trademark, or any equity in the project. You receive no intellectual-property rights over the canvas as a whole.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a payment is completed — including for accidental purchases, change of mind, wrong color, or wrong coordinates.

Once a pixel is placed it cannot be moved, recolored by you, or deleted. Choose your color, coordinates, message, and link carefully before confirming.

Unused pixel balance is non-refundable but remains in your account indefinitely (see Section 8).

If you believe you were charged in error, or a technical fault prevented your pixels from being credited, contact buymillionpixels@gmail.com within 30 days and we will investigate in good faith. This is a discretionary correction process, not a refund right.

You are solely responsible for the color you place, the hover message you write, and the link you attach.

You may NOT place pixels, messages, or links that: depict or promote hate symbols or hate speech; contain sexual content involving minors or any content that sexualizes minors; contain pornographic or explicit sexual imagery; harass, threaten, defame, or doxx any person; promote terrorism or violence; infringe copyright or trademark; distribute malware, phishing, or scams; or violate any applicable law.

Hover messages and links must not impersonate another person, brand, or the Site itself.

Pixels may include a user-supplied link to an external website. These links are provided entirely by users.

buymillionpixels.com does not own, control, endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any externally linked website or its content. You follow such links entirely at your own risk.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, malware, fraud, or harm arising from any third-party website linked from a pixel. If you encounter a malicious or rule-breaking link, please report it to buymillionpixels@gmail.com.

We may review any pixel, message, or link at any time. When content is found to violate Section 4 ("Acceptable Content"), the following process applies:

STEP 1 — Greyed out: The offending pixel(s) have their displayed color reset to neutral grey and any message/link removed. You keep ownership of the coordinate(s). You are given ONE further opportunity to re-fill those pixels with compliant content at no additional cost.

STEP 2 — Permanent ban: If you place violating content again after a pixel has been greyed out — or commit a severe first-time violation (such as content involving minors, which is reported to authorities) — your account is permanently banned. Banned accounts forfeit all remaining pixel balance with no refund, and affected pixels may be greyed out permanently.

We may take action without prior notice where required by law or to prevent ongoing harm. Moderation decisions are made at our reasonable discretion.

Prices are denominated in US Dollars ($1 per pixel) and charged in Indian Rupees at a fixed conversion rate of ₹95 per $1. Payments are processed by Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets.

We do not see or store your full card number. Payment gateway fees are included in the displayed price.

Pixels are reserved when you begin checkout and held for a limited window (typically 10 minutes). If payment is not completed in time, the reservation is released and the pixels return to the available pool.

Purchased pixels remain in your account balance indefinitely while the project operates. You may place them at any time while the active canvas has capacity.

Balances are personal, non-transferable, and have no cash value. They cannot be sold, gifted, or exchanged between accounts.

When the active canvas reaches full capacity, it is archived (permanently viewable, no new placements) and a new canvas may open.

Archived canvases are intended to remain online indefinitely, but we make no guarantee of perpetual availability (see Section 10).

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" with no uptime guarantee. Planned maintenance may take it offline temporarily. We back up canvas data on a regular basis.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date below. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

In the event of a permanent shutdown, we will endeavour to give registered users at least 7 days notice by email.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, buymillionpixels.com and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from third-party links, content placed by other users, downtime, or data loss.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts located in India.
