▶ Cancellation Policy

When you start a purchase, the pixels you are buying are reserved for a short window (about 10 minutes) so no one else can take them while you pay. If you do not complete payment in that window — or you simply close the payment window — the order is cancelled automatically, the reservation is released, and you are not charged.

You can cancel an in-progress order at any time before paying, just by closing the Razorpay payment window.

Once payment succeeds, the pixels are credited to your account balance immediately and any placements are permanent. Completed orders cannot be cancelled, and amounts paid are non-refundable (see our Refund Policy).

Pixels you have purchased but not yet placed remain in your account balance and can be placed at any time while the canvas has space. Unused balance is not cancellable for a refund but never expires while the project operates.
