▶ Refund Policy

Pixels are a digital product delivered instantly — the moment your payment succeeds, the pixels are credited to your account balance. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, including for accidental purchases, change of mind, or a wrong colour/coordinate choice.

Each pixel costs US $1. Customers in India pay a local price of ₹99 per pixel and are charged in INR. The exact amount and currency are shown clearly before you confirm payment.

If a payment fails or is not completed, no pixels are credited and any reserved pixels are released automatically — you are not charged.

If you were charged but your pixels were not credited (for example due to a technical error), or you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, email buymillionpixels@gmail.com within 30 days with your registered email and the order/payment reference. We will investigate and, where a genuine error is confirmed, reverse the incorrect charge. This is a good-faith correction process, not a general right to a refund.

If a pixel is reset under our content rules (see the Terms of Service), you keep ownership of the coordinate and may re-colour it with compliant content at no extra cost. No refund is issued for moderation resets.
